Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $6,600. Most families in the Hilltop and Franklinton neighborhoods will qualify for free or low tuition costs through the Ed Choice Scholarship.

The State of Ohio offers several private school vouchers programs to K–12 students based on income level and the student’s assigned school. Most families in the Hilltop and Franklinton neighborhoods qualify for the EdChoice State Scholarship. This will cover most, if not all of the cost of tuition.

Families qualify for Traditional EdChoice Scholarship if their assigned public school is a designated EdChoice School. You can find out if your assigned school is on the list by clicking here and entering your address.

Families only need to qualify for ONE of the scholarship types to receive the EdChoice Scholarship!

Note: The Ohio Department of Education will not renew EdChoice scholarships if a student has more than 20 unexcused absences during the school year.

Early Bird Special for NEW STUDENTS -enroll by April 1st and application fee is only $25 per student

Enrollment Fee: $450 per student (covered by available grants)

Applications can be made to the school district you live in for bus transportation. If transportation cannot be provided, parents may be given a financial stipend from the district.

Because there is no guarantee that bus transportation will be provided and because this information will not be made available until shortly before school begins, it is the family’s responsibility to have a secondary plan that provides transportation to and from the school each day.

While WCS is transitioning to the National School Lunch Program, we are offering FREE cold cereal for breakfast and families will need to pack their child's lunch each day.
